i found this book very enlightening. if you can look past the woo woo feel its actually very good at reminding you of just being the best you, but in a way that if your receptive can make you look at life differently. highly recommend for someone whos lost their sense of self due to spending too much time worrying about what other people think of you and changing yourself in order to feel good enough for people. loads of common sense thinking really but in a way that spiritual and sinks in.
