Publisher's Summary

In a fast-paced world, many people turn to caffeine to stay energised. More than 80 per cent of adults in the UK use caffeine every day, but when does this habit become a reliance?

Caffeine is a bitter, addictive drug that attacks the central nervous system and makes you jittery. Fooling you into thinking you are more alert, caffeine will often disrupt your sleep and actually increase overall fatigue. Quite simply, it's bad for you with no real benefits.

This concise audiobook uses the world-renowned Easyway method to free you from your reliance on caffeine. It addresses the cognitive brainwashing that has led you to desire this harmful substance and difficulties that you face in trying to quit. By explaining what caffeine does to your body and providing simple step-by-step instructions to free you from your addiction, Easy Way to Quit Caffeine shows you how to lead a happier, healthier and more chilled life.

Thank you

First I have read Allen's 'get out of debt now' which gave me the insights spending is an addiction. It eradicated the addiction immediately. Then I moved on to his Smart Phone Dumb Phone, which also gave me the addictive insight. It helped immediately. Then .. this book. For my final addiction. Now I am free. I don't believe in God, but if there is one, he created Allen Carr.

The easy way to quit caffeine

Over the years I’ve used the Allen Carr Easy Way method to quit smoking, drinking, overspending (debt) and now i’ve finally said goodbye to tea and coffee. What a relief!

Is very good to take in

Is great even though it's pretty much the same concept as the alcohol and smoking one just change the drug of choice. I think caffeine is a bit harder to apply then smoking and alcohol but regardless concept still fits pretty well.
