Such an excellent continuation of the series.
Was surprised that the narrator had changed, but upon hearing the afterword of the original narrators accident it makes sense. George did an excellent narration and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

So so good!

I’ve had mixed opinions of the previous Dark Tower books but this was one of the good ones in the series. The final twist in the last few minutes have me eager to start the next book.

Continuing on to the Dark Tower

A bit slow and tedious in parts, but that ending was great! bring on the next book.

I must admit the Dark Tower series is not my favourite. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy the adventures of Roland and Co but I do find it long and drawn out in areas. That said the climax of each novel leaves me wanting more and King leaves the mystery open to my interpretation and what is to come in the search of the Dark Tower.

Leaves you interested

The Dark Tower series remains the best fantasy series I’ve ever read. Revisiting these via Audible, I had forgotten just good and important Wolves of the Calla is. So many connections to other stories and characters in the King universe.

One of the greats

Listening to Frank Muller is like listening to someone's very white grandfather read a bedtime story.
Reading anything remotely angry or exciting or sexual didn't sound right, and all women and children sound very timid and annoying.
Jake's voice is the same whether he's angry or tired or happy.
But if you get past that, Stephen King's story is amazing!

Amazing story, painful reader

I love this story - it's definitely best to have listened to the series from the beginning (The Dark Tower I - The Gunslinger) it's an addictive series but it's over 140 hours of brilliant storytelling. definitely going to work my way through it all again!

fantastic
