Like pretty much all diet books, it takes a long time to tell you what could have been told to you in an hour.
Eat certain fats, avoid others.
Grass fed and organic as much as possible.
Watch out for mould toxins.
Coffee is your friend.
Fasting is healthy if done properly.
Exercise by interval training and weights, but not too much or too often.
Start strict and introduce foods from there to see what works.
Use it as a template for eating and fasting, but look for more updated information on lectins, mycotoxins, etc...as well as fasting and exercise.
I'll look at his latest book soon, but I think I should have read the latest one first.
