This book made so much sense yet soooooo much valuable information...I feel like this is going to be the new diet that everyone needs to be apart of to move forward as a race. Marketed sugar has taken over the brains of the undereducated. This is a MUST read!

I started with Dave’s book superhuman and got a copy of the road map then, while I didn’t follow it in pin point accuracy, it has helped me loose and keep off 20kg. The lifestyle changes are not hard and the food does taste delicious. While he doesn’t reference a lot of his work listening and following Dave’s podcast it is evident he has done the research to back up his statements as factual. Very impressed with how clear this book is!
