this is the best audible book I have ever got it's life changing and it is the best biohacking book out of all the series at read thoroughly recommend it going to try and get my kids to read it that's going to try

What a great book! Very insightful with plenty of information and steps with how to change your lifestyle. This is one of the few books I’ve read that focuses on food, lifestyle, environment and the reasons behind it! Definitely recommend.

This book is filled with interesting information but it contains a program to follow if you want to get out of th brain fog. The chapters where this is is very hard to listen to as it is like in week 1 do this etc. This plan is not contained in the PDF which I would have thought it would be, given that it would be hard to go back and find week 1 ior week 5 n the audio so you would know what to do.

I only got about a third of the way into this book.
some of the information was correct and valuable.
however, the constant saturated fat is bad and red meat is bad is wrong
this is old thinking from the 80's and has been well and truly debunked.

saying to change from lite milk to full cream milk is correct, but then saying the full cream milk has more calories is technically correct, but useless information that confuses people.
full cream milk is far more satiating, therefore you are less likely to eat other junk food, thereby actually reducing your calorie intake.

as I said a mixed bag.

please people, stop buying into the political and media mis-information about vegetarian and vegan lifestyles.

from 27 years experience as a vegetarian, it does not make you healthy.

a dietary change is certainly beneficial to mental health.

maybe take the mental health information from this book then read....
