couldn't finish

it reads as judgemental and promises numerous fixes without much of a solid basis. might be good for those that need a little encouragement but not for those with serious problems.

best portable book I have ever listened to

this is the best audible book I have ever got it's life changing and it is the best biohacking book out of all the series at read thoroughly recommend it going to try and get my kids to read it that's going to try

Eye opening!!!

What a great book! Very insightful with plenty of information and steps with how to change your lifestyle. This is one of the few books I’ve read that focuses on food, lifestyle, environment and the reasons behind it! Definitely recommend.

Interesting information but PDF lacks program

This book is filled with interesting information but it contains a program to follow if you want to get out of th brain fog. The chapters where this is is very hard to listen to as it is like in week 1 do this etc. This plan is not contained in the PDF which I would have thought it would be, given that it would be hard to go back and find week 1 ior week 5 n the audio so you would know what to do.

Informative and eye opening

Well written, easy to follow and inspiring. Great balance of scientific evidence, study references and nutrition/lifestyle recommendations. A great all rounder to inspire you to improve your health and well-being! Would 100% recommend.

Much to be learnt

Some of the content here is common sense however there are so many new pieces of information that enable you to make some very minor (in some cases), adjustments to your diet and lifestyle without the side effects and risks of medication. Thank you, this book was a wise choice and should be given the time by anyone looking to improve their health and well-being.
