However, if i had a dollar for everytime the author mentioned his company. BiggerPockets.com then I don't think I'd need creative financing to fund my real estate journey

Enthralling most of the way through. Despite a background in commerce I had never looked too deeply into the real estate market until recently. This book served as a great tool to come to equal terms with my prospective business partner.

The parts on actual financing and profitability were not the most useful to me personally, but would be for a complete beginner to the financial space.

There is a noticeable amount of advertising for the Bigger Pockets ecosystem, but I believe it was made in good faith given its relevance to the values of the author.
