Absolute Joke of a book!
Canna constantly repeats herself throughout this book. On numerous occasions I thought to myself I have heard this before over and over. It was getting really old constantly listening to her 'manifesting' and 'feeling empowered', basically this book is just a feel-good book with less than 10% actual money skills. Don't get me wrong, I am all for manifesting and positive energy, however, the way she has written this book has completely turned me off any advice she has. What I took away from this book could have been a page long. Utterly disappointed, I am glad others found it helpful, however, there are A LOT of better books out there for financial advice and saving techniques.

I’ve listened to this audiobook twice through and it just wows me every time and gives me new ideas to save and manifest more money into my life.
This book has helped me regain control over my money, I’m no longer wondering where my money disappears to soon after pay day
It’s also given me direction as to my financial saving and investing goals. I was always too scared to invest and now I know it’s too smart not to invest!
Highly recommend this book !

It actually changed my life!!
This is one of the few books that actually changed my life!
I've read quite a few self-help books in my life and this one is my favourite! A lot of self-help books talk about things that you've probably heard before or maybe you haven't, but the point is that even if you agree with those things you can't get yourself to start doing them. It's like you know that you should go to the gym but you still don't. This is not the case here!!
I am doing the 1000$ project myself and I have to tell you I couldn't wait to start and keep going! It has given me hope for my financial future which wasn't looking so bright. It breaks down a big goal to small achievable goals that are so easy to accomplish! She also gives you a lot of ideas and experience from other people.
I have been doing the project for 6 months now and I think I will never stop doing it! Every time with different goals and amounts. It's so easy and it has made such a big difference in my life! I love that she does what she preaches and that gives you motivation to aim high! I can not recommend this book more! Life changing!!

Honestamente hubiera preferido escuchar la voz de Canna, pero la lectora hizo un excelente trabajo. Espero poder tener este libro en español para poder compartirlo con muchos seres queridos.

Interesting listen but wish Canna had narrated it!
I was really looking forward to getting this book as I subscribe to Canna's Youtube channel and had enjoyed the videos about $1000 Project. I did find it interesting - perhaps a little basic in it's advice (list of ways to earn extra cash etc) but I enjoyed hearing her story. The principle behind the $1000 project is easy to grasp and her holistic and positive approach to life and finances is contagious. However, I bought this as an audiobook and was really disappointed Canna hadn't narrated it herself. I could hear her voice through the writing, but the lady whose voice I was listening to just wasn't right! A bit insincere perhaps? I also think that there could have been some grittier information about investing. Still please I bought it but would love for Canna to narrate her next one!

Not what I expect
I follow Canna on Youtube and I found her channel useful and informative. I was hoping this book will bring additional financial knowledge on top of her Youtube videos. I’m disappointed as I haven’t found any added value or extra information on top of her videos / blog.
If you are looking for an emotion support or if you have no idea of how to save money then this book may be right for you. Basically, it gives you example or idea on how to save money and also stories of her followers’ successful money saving stories.
Very light touch on explaining on how to invest / type of investment, and how to improvement you portfolio.

Inspiring, thought provoking but tricky Audioable
I love following Canna on her You Tube channel and have followed her for a while. I was a little disappointed that the book wasn't narrated by Canna herself but it was awesome nonetheless. The only part I struggled with was that it referred to "see page X for diagram XYZ". With other Audiobooks I've listened to, there is often a PDF to accompany the Audiobook, in this case there wasn't which is why I marked it 4 rather than 5 star.

Quite repetitive
It seems the same point and the associated emotions were written about 5 or 6 times over. The matter of the “$1000 Project” being a rollercoaster of emotions was described and rephrased about half a dozen times. There is definitely a lot of motivation and encouragement, but this book feels to lack strategy and where to go for advice.

Thank you so much!
This book is amazing. I will be completely honest im a month away from turning 30 and don't yet have my sh&t together. I came across this book whilst making an attempt to better myself and my finances and also knowing I have 9 months to save for my wedding and a little over a year to buy a house. It has totally shifted my thinking and understanding on all areas. I have made a start on my wardrobe to sell, I am working full time as a PA but evenings I work as a PT and have clients there too. I am seriously stashing the cash to pay the debt and wedding off whilst also planning for the house. We currently live in Dubai but are looking to also move back to the UK this year so all our finances need to be in order, whilst also planning for our future and saving for the passive income. The aim after buying our house is to then also create a portfolio to set us up. Thanks for the amazing content Canna. Forever grateful.
