This is the one!

It's easy to follow and gives realistic lasting results. Takes you from wherever you are and coaches you to wherever you want to go. This looks at your overall health as an infinite game, not a deadline!

Best approach to health and weight loss

I found Liz on Tom Bilyeus channel on YouTube. I found her ideas super compelling and it just makes sense. She doesn't make you follow her plan - in fact she wants you to make your own and use her book as a tool. Absolutely loved this book!

Alright

It’s alright just not really for me, the advice is overall pretty good but she keeps saying “Lizdom” instead of wisdom and it’s annoying to me.
