Inspiring approach to improved health

This book was so good that I listened twice and bought a physical copy. It outlines a strategy based on relatively small and meaningful changes that lead to health and overall weight loss. If you are not a believer in calorie restriction or other types of restrictive diets and are looking to create sustainable change, I highly recommend this resource. I can see the results in the mirror and in my overall energy. Liz's narration made this an enjoyable and easy read.

Love this program!

Love the sensible elements of this program. I love that she take a behavior modification approach that addresses many pillars of health in addition to diet alone. I have been following her program for two weeks so far and I’m finding easy to follow and effective.

Attainable weight-loss strategy

I loved Liz’s approach to using your habits and lifestyle to create an eating plan and holistic strategy to get control of your weight. Her verbiage and tactics were great to listen to and implement as I made my way through the audiobook.

Simple yet Go getter

This book helped me make better choices. We all have habits that are good and bad. I've been changing some that were bad to good. I like the way she thinks. This has been life changing

Before I listened to this book,I has pretty much given up on even trying to loose weight. After listening to this I actually have hope again. Target 100 breaks it down into Achievable goals and is not overwhelming. Thank you Liz!

Works for obese people

Ok, if you are obese, you have to follow this and I am sure you will lose fat and you´ll be able to be inside your normal weight. Now, I was already in my weight but have abdominal fat (not so much), so this program is not going to work the way it should. But don´t get me wrong, if you are over weight it will and must help you if you follow the rules here. That´s why I rate this with so many stars....it didn't help me with my little abdominal fat but it will work great for obese...how do I even know that? Because it limits your carbs to 100 a day and from what I do and have read elsewhere, thats the way to go...eat whole foods and limits carbs and quit sugar...it works, for sure!

Great book!

It really is 6 easy steps and I started losing weight right away! is not a diet! Just changing some bad habits into good ones! I’m so happy I found this book. I listen to it every night before bed and I also bought a copy so I could reference back. I recommend it to friends and family! Thank you Liz! I feel like I’ve got off of this diet merry-go-round!

Perhaps the best book on health I've ever read.

Liz is amazing! She covers all pillars of health in a friendly, easy to read way that is practical and doable. This won't be a program that you follow religiously for 2 weeks and then give up because you had a donut one morning. This is meant to be a guide to move towards a healthy lifestyle by focusing on all areas of health.

I've followed just a few of the suggestions so far and I'm feeling a real difference - not just in my weight, but in my energy, my mood and how I feel about myself.
Highly highly recommended. And no, nobody has paid me to say all this!

Great book!

I have listened to many weigh loss/personal development books to aid me in my fitness and wellness journey. Liz does an exceptional job of making her program easy and accessible, and encourages the reader to customize it to fit their lifestyle.

She seems very genuine and real in her narration of this book.

I have already started the program. It’s been super foolproof, easy to follow, and feels like something i can stick with as a lifestyle.

I can’t wait to see how it works for me in the long run.
