This may have had some good insights but it was way too long and wordy. The tone and jargon and repetitiveness was pretty bad.
I fell asleep listening to it. And then during day I found I had to keep skipping through as too much boringness
Interesting story though. The author probably needed a ghost writer or professional editor.
