If you have tried quitting smoking in the past, and have failed, you will succeed with this book, you'd literally have to be stupid not to.

The Look on my GP's face the other day when I told him I was half way through reading this book, the look on his face was very dismissive, I don't blame him though, only a smoker 'gets the book'.
