The first chapter of this book I felt these words are written about me. It's like it was revealing who I was deep down inside and never let anyone including me, see that part of me. I never understood it and then the book went on. Phrases that were spoken, scenarios that were presented, the peoples personalities I seem to have the most challenges with, could easily have been my life to a tee.
I found this book gave me some very amazing insights into my behaviour which I thought was normal and it gifted me some useful tools to help me remodel my well worn path of behaviour. The book was written in a way it was easy to understand and very practical.
