Life changing

Life changing and truly amazing simple wisdom's that are timeless. An easy way to get introduced to the Guided meditation, Trying to get into these guided meditations and I find this one helps me stay focused better than others and also helps in getting to sleep.

Guided meditations

The things is that the guided meditations are an easy and simple way for relaxing, and this audio book is full of guided meditations, just turn the app on and follow the instructions, the audio book does a nice job in terms of guided meditations as it uses simple language which can be understood easily by the beginner mediators as well.

Mindful meditations

The chapters for mindful meditations are around two hours and are nicely walked through and has some nice exercises, the music in these chapters are calming and the sounds of water waves makes it easy to follow, the music sometimes gives Asia vibes as well.

How to control thoughts

Liked the chapter in which the author talks about controlling the thoughts, the tips the author talks are seems to be appropriate, the author talks about scheduling time for thinking about things which seems to be appropriate.

Practical and useful suggestions

The meditations are helpful. It's hard to start meditating without having meditation guidance, which this audio book provides. It's an excellent book. This audio book has well thought out and expressed, practical and useful suggestions for guided meditations.

Audio book

At this age, I find it hard to sleep properly, so this audio book comes to the rescue and helps me sleep, much easier to fall asleep with this sleep audio book. Was tossing and turning for nights on end, got this and got to sleep relatively quickly.

Nice way

Love this audio book

Love this audio book and have used it consistently for weekly meditations. Has helped me get back into meditation which was something I've been meaning to do since the start of the year. Nice meditations that are easy to follow and easy on the ears. Good way to unwind after a long day.

Is helpful for sleep

I played it in the background as I was trying to get to sleep and it was easier than usual. If you follow along you'll be asleep in no time, is helpful for sleep, I use it many nights a week and its gotten me to sleep each time.

Nice way to fall asleep fast

Dosed off so quickly with this audio on, I'm sure it's good though. Really I have only heard the first 10 minutes of it and was asleep for the rest. It's a nice way to fall asleep fast and stay sleeping the whole night.

Concise!

This is one of the best book/course I have come across ever. I feel grateful to have discovered this and thank the author for sharing the mindfulness practice and author's life's work and experience in such a concise and accessible manner.
