Unbound curiosity

This was such a brilliant book!!

I’ve found Dr Idz content interesting since 2021. Respect and appreciate his curiosity and ability to interpret nutrition science. I’ve found ALOT of his comment unnecessarily inflammatory in the past, but alas…he is interacting with some pretty ignorant people on a daily basis.

In saying this dr idz brings facts, but also nuance, compassion and a very realistic point of view to all aspects of nutrition…which is very hard to do.

The part of the book I actually loved the most was the end when Dr Idz described the importance of observational studies in nutrition science. I think this is so important and very rarely mentioned.

All in all probably my fav book for the year so far! :)

Well researched, well laid out, beautifully narrated

A fabulous book for anyone interested in nutrition. It’s no nonsense, devoid of fads and full of thoroughly referenced information.
