Publisher's Summary

“I swear, I will never drink again”, you say as you let out all the contents of your stomach, while your friend sympathetically pats you on the back, shaking his head.

The following day, here you are again, merrily drinking with all your friends.

“Cheers!” you say, and afterwards, that same friend will pat your back as you let it out again in the backroom.

Tired of the same pattern repeating? You want to quit. You know that it is not healthy for you to drink heavily almost all the time, especially when you’re stressed or had a bad day. But you cannot easily give it up.

Now, no more “I cannot do it.”

You can do it. Through hypnosis tracks that relay to your subconscious while you sleep, you can finally declare to yourself that you managed to free yourself from Lady Liquor’s grasp. No need to go to an expensive rehab; you only have to listen and let this audiobook do the work.

No need for your peers to point at you and say, “I heard you passed out again!” You can finally be free of the humiliation that comes out of drinking too much and ending up doing embarrassing things that you would rather not talk about.

You can now be determined to pursue your goal: quit drinking. No more “100% willpower”. By treating the source of your problem - your habit, your mindset - you can finally declare that you managed to quit, and join others who have done the same.

Going on a night out? Save a glass of milk for me.
