Reads like a textbook

I was hoping it would flow like a Jordan Peterson book that is insightful. However, it reads like a textbook with lots of explanation on why topics are important with historical developments rather than providing strategies or insights.

couldn't finish it

was hard to listen to as in 5 chapters the book only masturbatorily talked about the concept of the book and never gave anything more solid then metaphors about zen and quotes. couldn't finish get past chapter 5. it was too much time invested for too little return.

Repetitive

Really struggle to listen this, extremely repetitive and almost patronising.

The narration doesn't suit the writing style and examples are limited and generally poor.
