Great audiobook for beginners to learn practical

This audiobook is great. makes a great gift too. I have been wanting to start meditating and this is perfect. Walks me through step by step as well as getting prepared. Great visuals. the 10 days to be calmer really worked for me and my children.

I would recommend this audiobook for beginners

I'm new to meditation and needed an audiobook to guide me on the basics. This audiobook explains meditation in detail from what to do with your hands to how to sit. It has a section to help with mindful eating which was important to me since I recently became a vegan and needed help with controlling what I eat.

I would give this audiobook 10 stars if I could

I was given this audiobook as a gift and I am very impressed with how well-explained each concept and exercise is. This is the most useful audiobook on meditation that I have ever come across. Each chapter is both simple and profound and potent. The meditation on Day 4 with Mindful Eating was life-altering for me.

Practical Meditation For Beginners is a good audible. I adore how my psychological state changes in the wake of tuning in to the trance. I truly feel engaged after it. The assertions are extremely incredible also to remain on track.

Immensely tempting audio guide

I’m fairly new at meditation and I love this audible! It takes you to step by step through different ways to ease into the life-altering progress of learning how to meditate.
