Well Spoken, expert subject knowledge

Very research based arguments with examples and ways to apply to yourself and thus benefit your actual life. Lots to learn that is spoken in a very active way, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to optimise their life, learn more about the brain or the best ways to learn.
