Amazing audio book

Wow! Purchased my new Instant Pot Ultra with the fancy dial and screen. Then ordered 5 How to books on Amazon. Only this and one other were helpful. Others assume that I know everything about Instant Pot and want NO SIMPLE RECEPIES! Full of need 20 ingredients, blender and finish in the oven. Not for this beginner! Plant-based Diet: is amazing!

Awesome audio book

Well! This recipe book is not going to fit those people who rae used to classical American cuisine, those who prefer to eat in big chain restaurants and those who think things could be prepared on a stovetop, not in the ninja foodi. On the contrary, this cookbook would be great for those like to try various dishes with the international flavors, those who realize ninja foodi is the way to cook your meal in a timely manner, saving all the vitamins and nutrients. I honestly never knew there were so many good

I honestly never knew there were so many good recipes for healthy food. I love food and never thought i could change the way i eat. And i can still have meat while eating vegie style meals! Wonderful and insightful book, and great recipes!

Awesome! This book has a food list what should we eat and what should we avoid. In this book there are good recipes, for every day. Wonderfull book

This book was amazing for making a simple, helpful, healthful, meal plan each week. The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier by using leftovers for some of the following meals. The only draw back was that some ingredients/ingredient amounts were not properly listed in the weeks shopping list. They were not things that you could not by more of quickly if you needed to though. Over all an amazing book.

The nice book

I really enjoyed this book. The information especially the easy to follow meal plans was easily presented and made me feel that making the leap to Plant Based Diet was a possibility. I would definitely recommend this book to others.
