"باريس بلا إيفل" هي الجزء الثاني من ثنائية الحب والسلام والرومانسية للكاتب يحيى عطية وكما سمعنا في الجزء الأول منها "فقط عندما أموت في باريس" حكاية "ورد" و"مارلي" مالك نصف باريس فإنّنا في هذا الجزء سنتابع تطوّر الأحداث وازدياد حدّة الصراع بينهما حيث يحاول "مارلي" الانتقام منها لعدم استسلامها لضغوطه وزواجها من ابنه " ستيفان " في مقابل تنازله عن دين والدها، ولكنها تستمر في المقاومة والرفض فيستغل "مارلي" سلطاته ويبدأ في التضييق على أسرتها وتهديدها، بينما تستمر هي في عنادها حتى ينفذ "مارلي " تهديداته ومن هنا تبدأ أجهزة الأمن باستشعار الخطر، لندخل في دوامة صراع القانون مع النفوذ والسلطة!!
