Publisher's Summary

The hip gal's 21st century relationship guide to love and relationships.

Open Wide, from Melissa Ambrosini, the best-selling author of Mastering Your Mean Girl, is a radically real, upfront and no BS guide for women on finding and cultivating mind-blowing, heart-expanding, deep authentic love, real relationships, and soulful sex - and when we talk about sex, this book isn't about the best positions, it's about how to show up as your best self, about how to be truly confident in the skin and body you're in, about how to be vulnerable with your partner (or future partners), plus so much more.

It's a book that gives women the real tools they can implement into their lives immediately for real results, to help them navigate their relationships, learn more about themselves on a deep and intimate level, and learn how to step into their full feminine essence.

Loved the first book - lost me with this one.

Aimed at 20/30-somethings looking for love I think. Im 40 and married and only a few chapters at the end (i was waiting) were about a great sex life. Loved the first book and listened to it a few times but this was more of the same except that she was talking to me like i was a child. Every podcast she mentions this book by its whole title, just slips it into conversation... "product placement". Thanks for Mean Girl (awesome concept and book) but for now.... I'm out!

Pleasantly Surprised

I wasnt sure what to expect of Open Wide. I was desperately hoping it would emphasise how important it is to love yourself first and foremost. This book exceeded my expectations of self love, attracting unique and intimate relationships in all facets of your life and taught me a lot about what it means to connect to your own body. Definitely recommend!

I couldn't get through it

I love these kind of books I have read and listened to many, but felt this was very basic knowledge of living a spiritual life. I felt melissa's voice and tone was more aimed at preschoolers. I felt annoyed by her tone. she is probably a really amazing women and doesn't talk that that in her real life but it gritted on me. I down mean to sound negative at all. that's just my feeling

Amazing! Changed my relationships for the better!

Mel, you are a blessing. Thank you for opening up and writing this book. For approaching the subjects we rarely discuss and for encouraging us to have even deeper and more open relationships with our loved ones. It's truly made a difference in my life xo

Open Wide Review

I write, to say I deeply enjoyed reading this book, it has depth and is inspiring from an incredibly inspiring author, who too has been through the tough times and proves to us all it is possible to overcome life’s challenges through dedication and perseverance.
I have gained insight while reading both of Melissa’s books, and hope this is only the beginning for a great and exciting for both Melissa and to her audience (she reaches).
Thank you Melissa for Opening Wide, and showing us the way, through this amazing book Open Wide.

Doesn't come close to the first book.

Really disappointed with this book. Was hoping it would be as good as the first but it didn't come close to fulfilling my expectations. Got sick of listening to how wonderful her life is and her sex life with Nick. Just not what I was hoping it would be :(

I have Opened Wide

Thank you Melissa. You have introduced me to so many other amazing things through reading this book and I have connected with so many other women over this book. I have also created a women's circle as encouraged by you. Something I have wanted to do for a long time. Thank you! xx
