I read this book when I was 16, it was already out of print and I was reading a 2nd hand copy which is now very well read and falling apart. it was great to listen to the story. fantastic read if your into everything mythical and magical.
only downfall is book 2 and 3 in the series are not available and all 7 books interconnect by telling the stories of each incarnation.
I would love for audible to bring back the 2 missing books from the series.

i read this book first in the 80s and loved it. I still do. George Guidall is such an amazing narrator. If you havent found him you are in for a huge treat. The story is the first time i have encountered the personification of Death . Piers Anthony was a brilliant writer and should be much more celebrated than he is.
