About this listen

From the introduction:

“When I reflect on my life experience, I can identify three broad categories on which I focused to bring my world into better, more stable and more successful alignment….”

In this challenging and thought-provoking new book, James Oaksun argues that those same three areas—Repeal, Repair, and Prepare—are precisely what Florida, and America, need to focus on in order to thrive in the middle years of the 21st Century.

About the author:

James Oaksun has been a financial analyst, a corporate speechwriter, an actuarial director at a Fortune 200 insurance company, and is now Broker-Owner of New Realty Concepts in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. A former “Jeopardy!” champion and former national treasurer of the Libertarian Party, his public policy writings have been multiply published in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Portland Press Herald, and several online publications.

He is a cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College, and received an MBA at Cornell University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Dolphin Democrats, and lives in Lighthouse Point, Florida.
