Excellent book and narration

Excellent book that is not only useful when dealing with other people generally in the workplace and social settings but also helped me understand better methods of communication with my partner (an assertive personality type where I am more analytical)
highly recommended for people who want to become better listeners, thinkers and communicators.

Hands-on negotiation skills

I’m just saying: WOW. This book gives an insight into hands-on negotiation skills with great examples. Type of the book you want to reread multiple times and put extract on the wall afterwards.

A companion to the work of Cialdini

A vivid peak into the mind of a hostage negotiator, and how the lessons he learned can give you the leverage you need in many of life's less gripping situations. The structure of the story was a little hard to follow at times. Excellent narration.
