Here at the MSAC Philosophy Group, we felt it would be valuable to take a selection from Müller's autobiography, which focuses on his early days at the University of Oxford, and publish it in a separate volume. It is a delightfully engaging listen, and I think it serves as a nice introduction to the life and work of this most productive of Indian scholars. 

Professor David Christopher Lane has chosen and edited the selection. Also included is a brief introduction to the life and work of Max Müller, with a particular focus on his 50 or so years at Oxford.
