Just amazing!!!

This book is actually what it says, a handy guide. With clear guidelines and clarifications. Endless books on Zen and Buddhism seem to be recondite and otherworldly, with no reasonable guide regarding what you ought to do.

Very helpful guide!

Truly, I have never observed a superior book on the pracitce of Zen, the Zen Buddhist reflection. This book isn't just a handy manual for the (misleadingly) basic cycle of sitting despite everything, breathing and clearing your psyche, it's motivation itself- - and only a plain decent sound.
