Great!!

Chapter 4 and 5 provide really good and easy to implement tips. I’ve only tried a couple of recipes so far, but they taste really good. The nutrition facts are the icing on the cake!

Good one!!

I thought the whole book was going to be about recipes, instead the guide at the beginning was a great listen as well!
