Amazing Book
I have read sooo many books on anxiety and none of them helped in the slightest! THIS book is the first one that has given me hope and practical steps to finally overcome my panic disorder! I highly recommend this book!!!

Living with my it
In my journey with it , i relapse and come back to this book helps me put him back In prospective it’s hard but very doable to calm it down . But when you become comfortable don’t forget your self love and manger him all the time . I tend to slip back into negative thinking and self criticism. But I will keep growing with this .

If you’ve had little hope, this is your novel.
If you are young, have really been struggling and can or can’t quite no why, this is a great book for your mind. I felt so exhausted battling my thoughts all day, but this helped shed some light. It has tools to help you through this tough time of yours… buy it.

This book helped me like nothing else in a long time
My therapist suggested this book, and I have no idea how over the course of my panic-riddled life I haven’t come across it. Panic attacks and anxiety have overtaken my daily/nightly routine for many years (especially lately), so to have this phenomenal book make its way into my hands (and ears via audible) is an utter life changer. For those feeling helplessly lost in frequent panic attacks, please read this, from someone facing the same thing.
