IM RETURNING IT!

I bought this book because it stated it came with a PDF. I think a book with recipes should have a PDF because I am not going to search for a recipe on an audiobook, that's just a waste of time. I began to listen to the book and it seemed informative but I wanted to print the PDF so i had it but when i searched for it, it was not an option.
in the introduction it clearly states it comes with a PDF. I have many books that come with one so I know where to pull it from unfortunately it is not available so i'm not going to waste my time or money on this book, i am returning it today.

Essential info

Originally I borrowed this book from our audible. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. This book is a great beginner's guide to Intermittent Fasting for weight loss. I love this book

This is an excellent intermittent fasting book. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. It also touches specifically on the major topics of how fasting affects women, which I find it all interesting without having to run to google all the time. It is a good read with useful practices which can be implemented fairly easily.

One of the best books on intermittent fasting .😊

I am relatively new to the practice of fasting for weight loss, so I have been listening a few books here and there on the subject. A meaningful book about intermittent fasting. I have become realized well from this book

If you want to know more about Intermittent fasting, you better have this book as your guide. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am at present on day three and no throbbing by any stretch of the creative limit. A useful for the beginners to follow this excellent diet and get a healthy body.

I prefer that for all. I found this book from Amazon. It’s life-changing in every audio sense. While weight loss is probably one of the reasons, you picked up this book. Recommend this guide for all.
