This audible straight to the point on those method

This is my everyday go-to audible for my family meals. One of my daughters is a lactose-intolerant vegetarian, my son is a lactose-intolerant and gluten-free meat eater, and my husband, daughter, and I enjoy all types of food.

I think this is a reliable audible for us

Excellent time with this, still the authors express too much concern regarding the potential adverse vascular risks of the diet. I prescribe this diet to many patients to prevent vascular risk.
