Always insightful

Perfect narration. Easy to listen to and Dr M always teaches you things you didn’t know, from the small to the significant. Worth listening to, even if you have all his other books.

Just one thing will be fun to add to life

Dr Mosley is enjoyable to listen to, he makes his case for each “just one thing” in a clear way with a few case studies etc. perfect amount to be informed but not bored. He talks in away we can all understand.

Great inspiration

Throughly enjoyed Just One Thing. I have started to do more than just one thing each day . This morning I took my first cold blast in the shower. Very quick, but I did it. Have my husband standing on one leg with me. We already dance once a week, walk daily and eating beetroot every day. Thank you Michael. 😊

I think Michael has hot cruise control. This one isn’t all that insightful or educational. Definitely not his best or most educational work.

Interesting and easy to listen to

Liked this book and it’s content. Some simple tips and not flooded with references. I did find some of the “How to do it”,pointers a bit silly. Like how to stand on one leg, how to read a book but perhaps that’s just me!

Helpful for busy people!

Many books in the health field provide a wealth of information about both physiology and research. I love these books, but there is also practical value in one that gives quick explanations and descriptions of things you might easily do each day to improve your health. This is what Dr Mosley sets out to do, and he's done it well.
