I learnt some interesting scientific facts from this book, it is way better than the other nutritional books written by nutritionists about pregnancy that tend to be more naturopath info and probably not as scientifically sound. The author of this book has a molecular biology background so she provided good scientific knowledge of the subject.

Good scientific knowledge about egg health
