This Audio Book had me want to bin it a few times. but the last 8 or so hours of the book really had things comes together! I'm purchasing the second audio book because the story really solidified into something great towards the end.

Never has a book made me roll my eyes before. and this book not only made me roll my eyes. It made me roll my eyes so much that I got motion sickness. It was cinstantly on the verge of unbearable cringe. But again, in the end, the story eventually hooked me.

Slowly won me over.

Amazing amount of details

One of my favourite books I have heard in a long time well done

The story started off ok, but as it drags on and there’s a lot of information that isn’t necessary, for example the stats constantly being updated taking 30seconds to get through if not more…
In addition the MC as always is oblivious to everything until it’s too late on repeat which doesn’t help,
Disclaimer I had it at 2x speed and skipped a few chapters just to get through it so I could have missed some things…

struggled throughout the first 10 chapters, couldn't finish it.
I just couldn't listen to the narrator anymore turn me right off this book

monotone boredom

At first I didn't mind it but after awhile I realised the narrator was so mono tone and boring that I kept falling asleep and eventually I just stopped listening to a book for the first time ever.
