Publisher's Summary

Lincoln Hudson has just been handed the easiest job in the world. Babysit the spoiled son of a conservative senator, keep him out of trouble, and receive a six-figure paycheck. A paycheck he desperately needs. Wyatt’s father claims he needs Linc’s firm hand and discipline. One look at him and Linc agrees. Wyatt needs discipline.

Being the closeted gay son of a family values senator has left Wyatt Edgeworth with a reckless streak and a love of partying that just cost him eight months of his life and might cost his father his re-election. So now, he has a babysitter. A very sexy babysitter.

When Wyatt drunkenly tells Linc he’d make an excellent Daddy, they reach an understanding. Wyatt gets a Daddy and Linc gets a paycheck, then they go their separate ways. For this to work, discretion is key, but with a reporter dogging Wyatt’s every move, that might prove impossible.

Staying together was never an option, but with each passing day, their feelings only grow. Will they risk it all for what’s supposed to be a harmless fling?

Intoxicating is the first book in the Elite Protection Services Series and contains age-gap, Daddy-kink, and BDSM elements complete with a HEA and no cliffhangers.

Warning: This book contains scenes which may trigger some people including self-harm, suicide attempt, past and present physical abuse, and implied past sexual violence.

Bloody fantastic!

This was a lot darker than I was expecting. Though with both main characters experiencing PTSD I should have expected it. While dealing with some truly horrific topics this is heart warming story about respect, love and responsibility from both oneself and others.
While on the first listen I wasn't wowed by the narrator. On the second listen I realised that was because he did such an insanely good job that it's not even something your aware of! There is a slight change whenever there's a pov switch so even coming back halfway through a chapter it only takes about 2 lines to know who pov it is, he has such a wide variety of voices and everyone is unique, and the female characters sound like they could actually be voiced by a female narrator!

Greta start to the series!

Intoxicating is book one in the Elite Protection Services series. A MM romance with age gap, daddy/boy and BDSM elements.

This is my second series I've read from Onley and I'm definitely hooked. Not only with the story but Liam DiCosimo is absolutely fantastic at narrating these books!

Linc is sent to babysit the son of a senator. Easy money...But Wyatt is reckless, disobedient and a little lost. The job should be a piece of cake. But the lines become blurred and separating the paycheck from the boy is becoming difficult.

I enjoyed this. I find it so easy to binge listen to Onley's books, not only because of Liam's brilliant narration. But they just flow so well and hook you right in. The spice and kink doesn't hurt either. This was a great representation of a daddy/boy dynamic, showing not just the sexual or kink side. But also the necessity of aftercare.

I'm looking forward to continuing this series.

Heed the warnings but definitely listen if you can!

I absolutely love this author and the narration by Liam DiCosimo is fantastic. Together they can so accurately describe and portray to physical, mental and emotional turmoil of these beautifully damaged characters to the extent that for the sake of my own mental health I’m calling it quits at the half way point. However, if the content is outside your personal trigger range, I would definitely recommend. I really want to see these two get their happily ever after but it’s hitting a little too close to home for me personally.

Audible review

Liam DiCosmo does a wonderful job narrating. I'm all for a HEA, just not a ridiculously sappy one.
