Would definitely recommend to all beginners

There are so many things in this audiobook

Practicing Intermittent Fasting does much more than restrict caloric intake. Intermittent Fasting improves insulin sensitivity in combination with exercise. This is very relevant for people who have weight problems because low insulin levels are related to better fat burning. I prefer this guide forever. Overall excellent!
