Hard to listen to. Not very strong science.

I felt like I was listening to an 8th grader read a report on intermittent fasting. She spoke so quickly that it was hard to follow sometimes. People listen to audio books while they are doing other things, so they need to be easy to listen to and absorb the information. Also the author repeatedly mentioned calories in and calories out, which, in my opinion, is outdated. The science in this book is very basic and can be found on the Internet for free. There are much better books science-wise out there.

Great cookbook!! This cookbook is awesome. I've made so many recipes out of it and my family has loved them. Everything is so easy to make and I love that there is not a lot of prep work for most meals. Plus my house now always smells amazing from the stuff I'm cooking in the crackpot. Yummy book!

Intermittent fasting can be a very complex diet to apply to your life, however by listening to this audiobook it can really help you to start the intermittent fasting lifestyle today. I love this guide
