ketones

The narration of this audio book was good, the author speaks in a fast tone which is kind of nice for audio book of this genre, and about the book, the book is a good introduction to keto diet and also tells what symptoms a person can see when starting a keto diet because of increased ketones levels.

Found it nice that author tells about things that can be done to test ketones levels and it was also nice to know other benefits of keto diet besides weight loss.

Ketogenic diet

Author explains why keto diet and intermittent fasting works well for weight loss, author tells how ketogenic diet started and how to apply the basic tips, the author gives good introduction to ketogenic diet and tells how it started in 1930's and for what it was initially used back in 1930's.

This one is a long book because of it's long length this audio book has nice amount of information for intermittent fasting and keto diet, the author shares tips throughout the book, the author gives sample meal plan for intermittent fasting as well, but yes author also explains how to make your own meal plans which was kind of nice.

Helpful

The pacing of audio book was nice and good, the narration was done nicely by the narrator, when the narrator talks about recipes, the narrator Sally Thompson talks slowly which is helpful for getting hang of the ingredients better.

The nutrition value, and fat and carb amount included with the recipes seems to be helpful.

Intermittent fasting

The 16/8 method given by author seems to be helpful and the recipes given are mostly delicious even tough they are for intermittent fasting, weather a person is obese or a little over weight, this book can be helpful for both type of people for shedding excess weight.

The author tells how to experiment with meals plans to get started better with intermittent fasting and modify meal plans.

Nice for keto beginners

For a keto beginners point of view this audio book can be helpful as this book provides a nice introduction to both intermittent fasting as well as to keto diet, the author explains things giving simple example and tells what to expect from keto diet at various stages of doing it.

About narration, the narrator Sally Thompson seems to use constant tone in narration which made the audio book easy to follow.

Informative one

Liked how simply does the author explains why it is better to not use food as a reward, rewarding with food can negatively affect the diet.

The meal plan given by the author seems to be easy to follow and the author also tells how to create your own meal plan based on how you want it to be.
