Very auxiliary book-must peruse to get help!

Just buy it, read it and do it. You won't be sorry

This book is extremely well-written. The stories of people doing fasting are very good to hear because it gives a person a sense of how fasting works in the real world. A person needs to experiment to see what works for them, and what they are comfortable doing. There are different approaches a person can do that focus on the key goal of lowering insulin level to achieve better health. It truly works. The details are outstanding. I am a nerd so I enjoyed reading about exactly what is happening. The book was very professional.

This is a great book

I've read most of the books out there on intermittent fasting. The author does a fabulous job of covering the how-to's of fasting and is straight forward about what he found that works versus other authors' recommendations. This is a great book and one I will refer to often.

Super & awesome book.

The book is wonderful! Written in such a way that anyone can understand the basic science behind intermittent fasting, this book explains it all without the textbook feel. Easy and light enough to read in one evening, like I did, and inspiring at the same time. This book is a great beginner's guide to intermittently fasting for weight loss. Appreciating content

Lovely book! Nice Its working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. Its a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well. Consistently down 2lbs per week so far. Loving it! Awesome book! like it! Well done!

It has more tips and tricks,

I love it because it helps you not get lost in the recipe. I love the way that there are helpful comments throughout the book. Amazing and fantastic book

The well-organized structure is split into two main parts.
