Audio Version- Not Good

The content of this book was good. That’s the most important thing. Unfortunately, the audio version was distractingly poor. At times, I got the impression the reader may have recorded this at home on an iPhone while drinking a glass or three of wine. I was surprised the decision was made to not fix/ re-record mistakes.

The audiobook is odd

I have been listening the Audiobook and the syntax is very odd and monotone. It sounds like it was an Asian language infomercial for Intermittent Fasting translated into English. I don't know how the print version is, but I do not recommend the audiobook.

Useful information.

I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss.
