It worked for me. I found 2 meals a day was enough and stopped snacking. I was obsessed with eating chocolate daily but since day 1, I haven’t wanted any chocolate at all (and it’s Easter!)

This seems to be working. I havent lost any weight yet but I dont seem to eat for eating's sake any more. I can now leave food on my plate when I feel full without feeling that I have to finish it. It also makes me sleep very well. Only thing I would change is that it wakes you up at the end of the session. Would rather it leave me asleep as I always listen to it in bed.
