I really enjoyed this book because it pulled together everything you know about this subject and put it together in an easy and appealing format. Inspirational in a sensible way that made you feel like you could really do it. Let’s see if we can!

Loved this book. My advice is that some sections will be more applicable than others so don’t feel guilty just listening to the applicable sections.

My main take aways I got were- breaking down your goals (quarterly targets), recipes, exercise ideas and to stick to it.

The narrator was great too (unsure if it’s her or not but either way); beautifully done.

She’ll be your biggest cheerleader (this book has lots of personality).
