Another Great Ellis Book
This is another great Ellis book. It is enough different from the other book on anger that it is worthwhile to have both.
Also, this book ends with a tutorial on relaxation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful insight and solutions offered in this book. Although there are some odd ideas, the majority were very helpful!
