Kept me guessing. I Love the heroine. But Duke Nick Boulstidge is a truly hypocritical and obstinate character! I would have become a little "stabby stabby" if I had to deal with him.

Evelyn rose is a fantastic orator and I truly enjoyed her reading, inflections and plethora of voices and accents. I will definitely be searching more books that she reads.🥰

A pleasant & relatively clean romance with a bit of mystery. Although not overly complex, there was enough plot development to keep me engaged whilst stuck in traffic or cleaning house. I do wish it was a bit meatier but nonetheless liked the two leads and though the ending was sweet. I'm interested to know what happens next.
