About this listen

How to Be a Fit Mum - 15 Steps to Have It All is a book based on my personal experiences as a child, a teenager, a young woman, and a mother. Following a traumatic life, full of physical, emotional, and psychological abuse, I have found the answer to a long lasting question: why do mums keep failing to regain control over their bodies and lives.

The book is focused on what is truly holding mums back and how can they overcome the endless challenges of motherhood. The purpose of the book is to help mums get fit mentally, emotionally, and physically. The book bridges the gap between mindset, weight loss, personal pain, comfort eating, and depression.

After being obese most of my life, I embraced a healthy lifestyle and exercise almost seven years ago. After many trials and errors, I have found the perfect path to get the dream body. But more importantly, I have acknowledged why so many mums/women fail to control themselves and why they keep failing to be happy and confident again. Using my proven method, I help mums overcome comfort eating and other negative emotions, by initiating their inner healing and helping them take active steps towards a greater life.
