Publisher's Summary

All I want is Hannah.

We've resonated, but she avoids me. She has made it very clear that she wants no mate, whether he has two arms or four. But when others leave the Icehome beach camp for a getaway to a fruit-filled cave, Hannah wants to go, and she needs a companion.

Me.

For the first time, we talk...and I realize my female isn't as good at ignoring me as she thinks. She watches me with hungry eyes. She blushes at my bold words. When I touch her? She no longer runs away.

It is time I show her that a Strong Arm hunter can be the right mate for her, and that four arms can hold her twice as closely as two.

Don't we have a little Hannah in us?

I have listened to all the books of Ice Planet Barbarians and IceHome and even read Gail’s family. It’s obvious that I’ve enjoyed the two series, and I will be a fan and continue reading, whatever Ms. Dixon writes. Though, I was a little irked with the characterization of Summer, TO ME it boarded on some stereotypical tropes. However, I still enjoyed the storyline. My point with these rest of the books, I wonder if Ms. Dixon is giving us fodder to look at ourselves or women in Romance genre. I am new to reading Romance novels and it blew my mind that there was Sci-Fyi Romance Operas. I know the books are for purely for entertainment. However, the book about Ariana, which was so beautifully handled about Severe Anxiety and how someone who lives with it, is battling with it consistently and how it can affect and shape your family dynamics. How Stacy and Josie characters were written, irked me with their selfishness. The inconvenience of the life changing situation they find themselves, then realizing at the last moment that others are suffering just like they are. How one is consumed by their inward thinking and action how it affects those also suffering of an event that that they cannot do anything about as well. Josie has a great adventure storyline and self-discovery and reflection. Stacy, not so much, but is nice she knows, she queen of Not-Hoth cakes! Now to Hannah, of all the women so far, had the worst case of self-worthiness, rational thought, and the lack of positive body image. I didn’t realize she was “Fat” until her mate first mentioned it. But what woman who’s reading this book has not ever doubted herself? Megan, who is also considered large or “sturdy” for all her bluster, she also found issue with being herself on Earth and brought those issues with her to Icehome, as did Hannah. Which I find is irritating AF. Which brings me back to my question… Don’t we carry a little bit of Hannah inside of us? I think Ms. Dixon was just showing us to value the great things about us and make them positive vs making them toxic because of insecurities. New scene, an opportunity to be a different person. I think Liz was the first to see this, then Kira, Harlo, Tiffany, Josie and mostly Marlene. To be honest, Hannah was a bit much and if I was on Icehome, I would also avoid her, she is/was problematic. I am thinking about how she used Angie to hide from her mate, then wound up spilling some beans. Which caused a huge messy misunderstanding between Angie and her mate. Toxic and she doesn’t know herself. I think it was interesting that Brooke was a mentor for Hannah, because she was toxic and misunderstood as well. It was good to see her in a better place. Ms. Dixon: Please let Vasa and Gail have their own standalone book. We old folks need Love, Steam and Romance too! lol I have enjoyed the books, thank you

Hannah is VERY unlikable

This was my least favorite of all IPB and Ice Home. Hannah was unlikable. I didn't hate her, but I didnt like her at all. She acknowledges she's rude, bitchy, and bossy which is why people don't like her, but does absolutely nothing to change how she interacts with people. My biggest annoyance with her was her oh woe is me story when the people she was whining to lost not only their home like her but literally everyone they've ever known or loved. That's not to say what she lost was minimal, but come on already.

Good book

As usual Mrs Dixon has wrote another great book. But oh my gosh, I spent most of the book wanting to give Hannah a good shake and knock her selfpity. Also, a good butt chewing about being thoughtless. After saying that it is a great book.

Hate Hannah!! Love Ruby Dixon

I am only Half way though the book and I am double speeding it to get to the next one because I cannot stand Hannah. Listening to her gives me real life anxiety. All she does is worry and complain. She is VERY unlikable. Maybe she will get better? I feel bad for her Mate... I like to read these books to escape reality and anxiety not be driven to more anxiety. I can't wait for Devi she is making the best of the situation!! The Narrators as usual are fantastic!!

Good book

I can’t get enough of this series. I like the dual narration even if some of the names were mispronounced. I can’t wait for the next book to come out on audible.
