This audio-book has some really great suggestions.

Great reference and highly recommended!

I consider this audio-book to important for me to keep my mouth shut. It was a life-changer for me. Don't know why some reviewers are saying it is not helpful for people with severe depression - maybe some people with severe depression need a different approach, but let me speak for the rest of us.

I think this book is the best book of the topic.

Great audio book for anyone able to follow the process. Great self help for mild to moderate depression.It has helped me and I have recommended and given it to several others.
