Could really be a life changer...

This book is so easy to listen to and connect with. The content is relevant to everyday life and I truly feel I have found been introduced to a few new and simple tweaks to my day and mindset that could easily add up to some big changes. Only at day 6 but really feel 'I've got this'. As a working mother of four young children, it has been quite some time since I have felt this way. Excited to see where this leads.

I did not enjoy this book.

I don’t really think his science is valid. But this is my personal opinion and I think everyone will get their own thing out of the book but it did not bring any value to me.

Empowering and uncomplicated weight loss tips

loved this book as dr chatterjee provides simple ideas that work around everyone's lifestyle.book is full of simple and practical ways to stay healthy that work long term for weight loss.I love that he recognises people are all different and doesn't force his approach and ideas just because he is an expert.

Life changing book for me

I have learnt so much and started implementing changes for almost a month now. I feel so much better, sleep better, eat better and yes I lost weight too. This is a relatively effortless way to live for the rest of my life- and it works. Going to buy the paper version as well today because this ones a keeper I will read listen and refer to often. Literally life saving advice. Thank you Dr Chatterjee.

Simple, digestible, easy to implement

Another life changing book from Dr Chatterjee - I have read all 4 now and gained different insight or reaffirmed learnings from all 4. Dr Chatterjee breaks things down into simple and sustainable ways to implement. As a family we started implementing a few changes as I read the book and I am already seeing the results in the whole family - especially my 5 year old who turns down a cupcake and would rather eat her veg and fruit!
