highly helpful for sleep

It was very easy to follow and I now have a clearer picture of how I want to improve my sleep.

Not what I was expecting

This book really had me intrigued as sleep has been a challenge for me. The concepts had some merit, though this did not really complete the process for getting better sleep. Disappointed.

Insightful and educational.

Michael Mosley has done a great job of conveying interesting facts about sleep and of delivering useful methods to improve sleep. Lots of 'lightbulb moments. I am looking forward to trying out the sleep improvement methods for myself.
