Publisher's Summary
This short book tackles the description of osteoporosis and why it occurs. This unfortunate condition consumes a large portion of the world's population, and I feel like I need to address the basics of why it occurs and how you can prevent it. I also provide why exercise helps the debilitating disease and even offer a few exercises for lower-back injury prevention. It doesn't matter what age you are, as these suggestions apply to all ages of those diagnosed with osteoporosis. I am a certified personal trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers, certificate number 45582.
