Not Substantial

A very challenging listen, in part attributed to the robotic emotion & accentuation of the narrator & equally in the inconsistent depth of solutions provided. There are parts that will resonate, although would have enjoyed more pragmatism toward techniques & approaches to negative thinking rather than pop-psychology definitions of the problems to be solved.
